​Vixen Muscle is a Large Group Personal Training program at Field House Gym in Harker Heights Texas.  This group meets at least 5 times per week for weight training and every Saturday for a Bootcamp at the Park when they are scheduled. This program is for women who are looking to get back into shape and who want to loose body fat and increase lean Muscle Mass . This program includes macro coaching and basic nutritional coaching. Weight training homework and cardio workouts will be assigned. Program is a 6 month commitment. 
Unlimited Vixen: Unlimited Classes per month
Cost:  $89.95 per Month (You must be a Member of Field House Gym)

1 Hour personal training sessions are individualized for each clients goals.  Each client will go through a fitness assessment and full 9 point body fat assessment. We will set resonable goals and set resonable time lines.  You can choose to meet 2 or 3 times a week.  I only offer 1 hour with only 2 or 3 day comitment,

​VIXEN MUSCLE Divas is a Comprehensive Personal Training program at Field House Gym in Harker Heights Texas. The competitor program is for elite athletes who are 16 weeks out from a show wich includes 4 weeks for prep. I only take limited number of athletes through out the year. I will only host 5 athletes at a time with similar competition goals. This program includes up to 3 training sessions per week, homework, and all cardio workouts. This program is set into three phases and will include meal planning, weight training homework and intense cardio workouts. This program does not include, team fee and travel fees associated with competing. 
 Cost : Initial Assessment  will determine price

12 Week Contest Prep Program will include initial assessment, current nutrition and workout overview. Each athlete will be given weekly nutritional and workout programming in order to be stage ready in 12 weeks.  Including dry out week. Athlete will be given information to help with suit design.  12 weeks of cardiovascular program will provided weekly for each athlete. Athlete needs to be 12 weeks out from show in order for programming to be successful.  This is for female athletes who are competing in women's physique, bikini and figure competition. 12 Week Contest Program $400.00
Monthly One on One Training  $150.00
Each month athlete will be assessed and analyzed and assigned monthly calendar, specific weight training program, cardiovascular programming and nutritional meal planning based on goals each month.  One on One training is specific for each athlete and is changed monthly based on athletes needs and availability for workouts. This is a 6 month commitment..
